Mrs. Schmitt's Advanced Foods Class started the new semester off with a Pizza Unit. The students learned about the history of Pizza and did a Pizza Lab. Both groups decided to make breakfast pizza. They were both delicious! Before any lab the students fill out a Mise En Place Sheet and then a Lab Report reviewing what they did well and what skills they need to improve. We are off to a good start for the new year!

The Upper Iowa Conference is adhering to Gov. Reynolds' latest changes:
The gathering organizer and all spectators must ensure that spectators are limited to no more than two spectators for each athlete, or organizer staff participating in the gathering, unless all spectators are from the same household.
Each adult will need to show their spectator ticket. The children who live in the same household may attend with parents and will sit with their "family unit".
